Louann Horton

Louann is the Owner and Senior Property Manager for Market South Properties Inc. With over 15 years in the industry, she has experience in sales and property management. She achieved the Million Dollar Club her first year in real estate sales and was Rookie of the Year. In her property management career she has successfully leased and managed over 250 homes in the Henry and Clayton county area.

Louann has served with the Metro South Association of Realtors in the capacity of Local Director for the region, Grievance Committee member and Education Chairman for 2 years. She was the 2005 President of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and continues to be an active member in all the organizations. Louann is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and lives in the Henry County area.



Lynn Ernest

Lynn began her real estate career in 2005 after moving to Georgia from New Jersey. Prior to this time, she was business owner/manager of the 2nd largest chain of tanning salons in southern New Jersey. Specialized in property management for the southern counties of Atlanta, Lynn became a recognized agent for her ability to resolve difficult situations and think outside the box.

When the opportunity arose to join business owner Louann Horton marketing rental properties, Lynn became among the first to be part of Market South Properties, Henry Counties newest and innovative property management company.

Over fifteen years of management experience and a reputation as a hard working property manager has helped Lynn earn the trust and business of the area's most distinguished home owners and tenants. She gives clients the information and tools they need to make smart decisions in this fast moving market. Lynn is a well-known professional who understands that superior service and dedication are smart business.



Karen Ray

Karen has been with Market South Properties since it’s inception in 2008. Her position as Office Manager includes the overall management of the office environment and includes such responsibilities as maintaining owner and tenant files, processing all monetary transactions and provides accurate financial reporting to both owners and tenants and telecommunications in the office among other duties.

Karen has had 23 years experience in the financial field. She has worked in Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, as a Comptroller and an Executive Assistant. Through her experience, promotions and “on the job” training, she has become an asset to any company that she works for.
